After 10K or so on my lift I think I have started to kill a sway bar joint, I traced a klunk in the front to my sway bar links. Upon unhooking one at a time i found that the driver side will not hold itself up when unhooked and also makes the clunk louder when its the only end link connected. Klunk goes away when both are disconnected. How are yours holding up?

Misalignment when disconnected is normal. Reconnecting while bearing weight always takes some muscle on the drivers side. Grab a set of greasable links and you're good to go - cheap enough.

So I renamed my Jeep because I won some hood decals from www.so-cal4x4.com and also ordered some new "Wrangler" stickers for the quarter panels.

My Wrangler sticker was pealing:

Chose to go with the Rubicon font and I really like how they came out:

Here's a picture of the old name "Rubiconned":

and the new name is.....

So has your Jeep learned its new name yet or does it get confused when you call it?

Anyhow the name change looks good either way.

My passenger side door has been slightly out of alignment so I ordered some Magnitude Engineering hinge bushings (http://magnitude-engineering.com/shop/) Really happy with how these came out and it lifted my door up slightly and put it back into proper alignment.

Corroded pretty good and starting to wear down:

Pounded the stock crappy bushings out with a screwdriver and a hammer. You can see the stock bushing on the end of the screwdriver:

Stock bushings vs Magnitude Engineering:

The top was all rusted and chipped so I hit all the hinges with touch-up paint:

Magnitude bushing installed:

Got some surprises shipping right now so stay tuned!

I'm glad you asked about price because that's what I forgot to mention. Another 2 door and myself went in together at the 79.99 price because they only make them for 4 doors so it was only 40ish dollars each. Hopefully ill take shipment on Friday on the other goodies and have them installed over the weekend but we will see.
