To me the frustrating part of all this is the timing. Things like this happen to me all the time. It’s always on a weekend, too late in the day to call and/or some damm holiday. I feel your pain.

I have probably 6 or 7 sets on the shelf at the shop...if you can't get them out right away Monday from poly or NR, let me know and I can get them in the mail to you...can figure out the return/payment stuff later. Can't get to the shop this eve or tomorrow, unfortunately

Definitely a pain. I'm hoping they'll over night it, really need to get rolling again. Did I mention these were on a "2 week" back order that ended up being 8 weeks?

Tried sliding the knuckle over the ball joints and hitting the bottom of the knuckle with the sledge and instead of the stud straightening out the ball joint start coming unseated from the C. Tried taking the ball joint out and reseating it at a couple of different angles, same result.
The upper balljoint shouldn't have any lateral play. It is basically a big stud than can move about 1/4" vertically. It definitely doesn't look right but you could try screwing the nut onto it and tapping it down with a hammer and punch to see if when it pulls out the angle changes any.

Yeah that was one of the first things I did, it wouldn't move at all, even with the 4 pound sledge.

Some resolution with Northridge and Synergy. Definitely a manufacturing defect (sent them some pictures,) they're overnighting it to me but I think they got it out too late today to receive tomorrow. I called them as soon as they opened and they weren't able to get me an answer on it until the end of the day.

On a good note I got home this evening and my roll cage had come in. Looks like I have a lot to do coming up, trying to make a 4 day trip down to Rausch Creek starting Saturday the 14th. Running with some big dogs, so I definitely want to try and get the cage in before that.

Nice dude. Tough call on who will have it better: a week of sun and all you can drink or 4 days of Rausch creek blacks

In. Just need to put wheels back on, torque axle nuts, and do an alignment.
