Getting things fitted today, sure would be easier with another set of hands! Not quite lining up where the corner and slider come together, have got it closer by bending the body mounts a bit, still a bit more work here. Hopefully I'll be welding by this afternoon.

That’s one heck of a gap you got there, is it the same on the other side too, and what is it you’ll be welding?

Took some time working by myself, got driver's side in position, close to no gap where the slider meets the corner...will end up trimming about 3/8" off of the rear of the slider.

Fender flares get welded to the corners. The radius of the corner covers the factory fender mounting location. (pic below)
Driver's side all bolted up, I have 2 well nuts I need to wallow out a bit, drill must have walked a bit, no big deal. Got a bit of fab work to do between the corner and slider, the rear well nuts don't land on anything, I'll tack a piece of 3/16" steel and go with a nut and bolt.

Ah thanks, it makes sense now, don’t know why but I just had to know. Those corner guards and sliders look really good on your Jeep. Looking forward to seeing it all completed. I also like the way the tail light are too. Oh yeah, excellent job lining everything up.

Decided to fill two of the well nut holes, they land on a funny spot on the body...kinda weird. Got one tube tacked in place, really difficult without any help. Going to call it quits, should have a buddy to help out tomorrow, not sure if I'm going to keep it exactly here.

Thanks Ryan. This is a multi-day project, probably a good thing I didn't come up to your place for welding or I might have been on the couch for a few days!
