stuck joint in tie rod

I was able to get the driver side joint out with no problem but the right side I cant get out for the life of me... 2 vices briken wd 40 nothing with make it break loose any suggestions... much appreciated

Pretty sure only the drivers side is removable. If your replacing with stock items the weak link is still the rod itself. It flexes like a wet noodle.

The right side is stamped on. The stock tre's are so lose you can flop it around brand new. Like boss said they flex to much as well as the drag link is ever worse.

I really like the Poly/Synergy tie rod and drag link(though I believe the drag is for flipped only) and new ball joints. My Jkr has not had this nice a feel even NEW. feels so positive now. all my stock steering parts went out at about 16-20k.

The Synergy drag can be used without a flip. When my junk breaks I'll justify the upgrade.

It would be very tight to have one above the other. If Synergy says it will work it must. I mean even the zerks might touch each other it looks that close

I know on 15" rims its way close to tie rod ends to rim. Some I hear wont work. Metal rims are thin though and I think that helps. but I have 3.75 off set so its clear of the 15'

He Boss next year man. Trifecta of trails. hard core run

Rubicon(Tahoe to George town)/Fordyce( a real 10)/Dusy(no air bags for me) 10 days of wheeling, camping and the best of in Cali. My plans for summer 2014 and some clubs.

Hum.... sounds like a make it or break it for my rig ha, ha. We'll see if I can finally get 35's working under it without calamity. That does seem to be worth the drive how many days would that take?

I do believe he was trying to separate both tie rod ends from the assembly ,already off the knuckles.
