I don't know exactly if it's the cause of the squeaking, but it is completely ripped down the middle, so I will start with that and see if that will fix the squeaking. Everything else seemed to be in good condition.

Jack up the frontend so wheels are off the ground and rotate wheels to see if you hear the noise. I'm still thinking its a dragging brake or front axle U Joints.
