Soft Top rear window removal Problem

Does anyone have any tips for getting the rear window on a sot top to completely unzip. I get the zippers to the end but I cant get the off to separate the window from the rest of the top. Is this a defect or is there a trick to this?

they will only come off if

you have to unzip to drivers side of jeep then push down on both zippers.
sometimes they can be difficult just try to be patient.
good luck

Yes both zippers come off. It looks like only one should but in fact both zippers need to come off. Also start from right to left (passenger to driver).

can you zip both zippers up meaning can you zip them so they both meet in the middle of the window. Cause if you can zip that righthand zipper up then it's in righ just zip it down tight and then zip the other down tight on top of it and pull down gently while wiggling it and it should come right off

This happened to me once. The zipper must have jumped a few teeth and the two ends of the zipper didn't line up and it wouldn't come off. I just kept working it with some pressure and after about 20 minutes I eventually got it to come off. Frustrating though.
