Soft top help needed 2010 jk

Last week I purchased a 2010 2 door sport with the sun rider soft top, I have took the top and doors off several times already. In the last 3 days i have noticed that my top will not come over my "drip rail retainer" on my driver side door. The top acts as if there is not enough slack for it to stretch over any. I've looked at everything possible I know of and any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The passenger side doesn't even touch the bottom by about 1/4 inch. The way it is sitting on driver side it makes a whistling or flapping noise going down the highway when up. Pictures attached, thank you.

I can't say I'm all too familiar with the sunrider series or soft tops on 2 doors. I however have a 4 door with a trektop nx, and the only time that happened to me was when I cinched the drivers side (wire) support cord to the tightest of the 3 settings and my passenger side was in the lightest of the 3. After putting the front of my top back and moving both spring clips to the middle setting it all just sorta fell into line.

If your top has a similar set up I hope this helps if not, I'm sure one of our gurus here whois more familiar willbe by shortly they usually have a pretty good answer.

If your top has the cable try opening the sunrider, then close it again while guiding the cable to the outside. Sometimes I have to do that with my Supertop.

My observations are based on my experiences...YMMV.

Looks like it was put up off center. I just figured out to latch the sunrider tabs first when raising the top.
