Sloshing liquid sound from back of engine?

I just got in my 2012 JK to re-park it so I only had it on for a few minutes, as I turned it on I noticed as soon as the RPMs dropped after starting, what sounded like someone turning a half full gallon container of water on its side. I gave the gas pedal a quick push and heard it again... Like a bunch of water being sloshed around. I got out and looked under the jeep... Just a slight puddle from sitting in it earlier in the afternoon running the AC. Could that have harmed anything? What's this noise?

If it does it consistently I would clamp one of the heater hoses under the hood to see if noise goes away. If noise does go away it is called heater core gurgle and that is an issue for dealer. I have seen this several times on ford vehicles but never on my jeep. However any vehicle with a heater core can have this problem. The fix is a restrictor in one of the heater hoses.

If it is heater core gurgle and that is all it will hurt nothing only the noise.
