SkyJacker Shocks

I just put the 2 1/2 lift kit on my 07 jk 4 door jeep with the Nitro shocks. My question is, if I want a softer ride on the street, should I go with the Hydro Shocks ? At the parts store they said I would get to much body roll with the Hydro shocks. Does anyone have these shocks and how well do they perform? I do 80% street driving so I think maybe the Nitro shocks are to stiff. (Well my wife thinks they are to stiff)

hydro will give too much body roll, I was told that by my shop also. You want stiffer shocks so you can accelerate better and when you turn, too much body roll will flip the jeep. Ive already had my traction control come on when I was just making a turn onto the freeway, not a good feeling... Just from the short wheel base the jeep will always feel stiff, just comes with the territory and raising it will always make it worse. You can try letting air out of the tires for a more cushy ride. I know after the shop put new tires on they had them at 45psi Now they are at 28 and feel MUCH better.
