Sirius Antenna

I just ordered a AM\FM\CD\Sirius OEM Stereo off Ebay. It does not come with an antenna. When I look at pics of magnetic Sirius antenna online, the connector looks different from the OEM antenna connector.
Has anyone on here added Sirius with the magnetic antenna? Will it plug in?

You do know you need the Sirius Reciever correct? Not just the Sirius Ready stereo.

Go to www.mopar.com and click on Jeep Accessories, you will see the receiver kit

I also looked at magnetic mount on ebay and it states the following:

Compatible with all Sirius branded Plug & Play receivers and mobile tuners

Your OEM is not a Sirius branded radio I have the stock radio from my JK that has Sirius, I will take a picture of the connection, unless you have yours already then look at the back of the radio it is the yellow connector. I just bought the MYGIG for mine thats how I know what it looks like, I bet I could have made you a good deal on my Jeep JK Sirius radio

Let me know I will take the picture if needed.

yeah it gets better,

after you install the system you then have to let the dealer ENABLE the satellite system on the computer of the JK,

THEN

You have to call Sirius to activate, in which of course you have to pay for the subscription.

Have fun
