4 different JK's on the same obstacle from this past weekend

This is in Tahuya Forest in Washington State. This is called the Yellow Jacket hill/rock climb. There was very little traction out there! Very slick. In the end, a rock kicked my tires in a turn, turned me sideways, and when I tried to back out of it, it nearly tipped me when the rear dropped into a hole. So, we used the winch to pull out of the angle rather than trying to give it gas. So the last bit of the hill was winch assisted.

I would have sh@t myself on that bounce that put you sideways. That was the hand of God at work there. Wow.

The safest route for sure And that's why you bought a winch anyway. There's no shame in pulling cable, especially if the alternative could put you upside down
