Very. Use some fishing line and carefully saw behind the badge. Doing it on a hot day would be ideal, but a hair dryer could help soften up the adhesive too if need be (wouldn't use a heat gun on the paint though). Shouldn't take more than a few minutes. Then the sticker remover of your choice. I've found bug and tar remover works great.
