Not sure about the 13, but when I looked into changing my console lights on my 08 I found they were all soldered LEDs on the back of the control panel circuit board. I hope yours is still under warranty, if not, take a look at the instructions available either through the service manual (CD) or at one of the kits to change the color of your lighting like I did.

Or, is the light you are talking about at the shifter itself? If so, then just remove the shifter cover and it is probably on a circuit board behind the cover.

I have a 14 Freedom edition and the auto shifter lights do not light either. I am talking the ones that are marked PRND I stopped at the dealer where I bought it and they said they do not light up. So if these are the ones you are talking about then from what I was told they don't. If they are supposed to then I was told incorrectly.

If you're talking about the auto shifter lights ON THE DASH--

They have to light/w a SQ around whichever gear you're in-

Mine do, bright and clear, course, that's with the old horse and buggy 42RLE 4spd tranny-

Whatever-

These are the lights for the PRND. Last oil change dealersip quoted "significant" time to replace? Cant imagine that difficult. May try another dealership. Didn't see anything on you tube for the 13

Wow - there really are a TON of threads for this online. I know b/c I've been trying to replace mine, and none of these threads have the solution.
