Seat Heaters...
Ok, the one thing I really miss from my TL is the seat heaters...
Has anyone done a seat heater installation in their Jeep? If so, that kit did you use, or if they were new seats, which seats did you use... Thanks!! ![]()

Check Corporation. $500 installed for both front seats. Work great, wouldn't be without them.

On the other forum someone asked a question about how the heaters would work with neoprene seat covers and didn't get a response. Anybody have thoughts if would work well?

I think they would work fine. They do not get hot enough to melt a seat cover, that's for sure. At the same time, they do get hot enough that you should be able to feel SOME heat at least.
Personally, I would rather run without seat covers and just figure that in may 5 years or something, I have to spend $500 or whatever and get the seats reupholstered. |
