Seat belt slap

I've seen quite a few threads in the seat belt slapping and how to eliminate it but hadn't seen one like I'd done so wanted to throw it up there... Went by Jo-Ann fabrics and picked up a 4ft of Velcro w sticky adhesive on it. Cut it to the correct length and using the soft side facing out, I then put it along the hard part where the seat belt keeps slapping. Problem solved in about 5 minutes and to the tune of $12... Very happy how it turned out :)

Whatever gets the job done.

But it is still cheaper to go to Wally World and get the two $2.98 seat belt strap pads.

I just "tuck it".

Behind the seat lever. = free.

I've seen a lot of interesting solutions to this problem. I'm more curious as to why it seems to happen only on my passenger side and not on the driver's.

If that adhesive didn't melt before you got home, it must be quite a bit cooler in Idaho than Utah.

I only had this problem on the drivers side...very annoying. Also fixed with a large piece of Velcro.
