I would say you should always change your oil after doing this. On my 2008 GTI we put it through the vacuum lines, we always change the oil immediately afterwards. Everything I have seen with my GTI everyone changes the oil after doing this.

How often do you do this seafoam stuff? Every year, every 10,000 miles? Every oil change?

This is my first time sea foaming since I bought the car (117,000 miles).

Edit: We are talking about seafoam, it's a product made from 100% petroleum and cleans most of the engine's internals from carbon build up.
This guy has a nice video on how to use it:

I've never done it, but always been told to change the oil and spark plugs afterward.

Always change the plugs after using seafoam in the engine.

So what are the best spark plugs to use in a jeep?
I usually let the dealership change them at service appointments.
And I am starting to notice a huge difference with acceleration since I seafoamed my engine.
Hit 100mph on the interstate (no I don't cruise that fast XD) no problem. Didn't even have to turn overdrive off to get there.
It seems to be hitting higher rpms faster.

Here's just a follow up:
I changed the spark plugs with ngk's ($13.50 a plug, ouch!) and it has never started nor ran as good before. I feel a slight acceleration gain and no more starting issues.
