Savvy JK Aluminum Safari Half Doors

We just finished building these and have them in stock. Introductory pricing until the end of the month!

Savvy's new aluminum half doors for JK 2 and 4 door models. Here are the highlights:
  • 6061-T6 Aluminum construction
  • Conforms to JK curved panels so the doors look factory
  • Use OEM JK Hinges (Optional)
  • Forward paddle latch release. No ugly outside paddle handle
  • Flat arm rest area

These do not take uppers. What else would you like to see in the next version of these doors besides uppers? With uppers we will have to put an outside latch. I can put a latch on the outside but the smooth outside looks so much better. And, I really don't like the Besttop, Rugged Ridge latch.

We can use TJ mirrors or A pillor JK mirror mounts

So, tell me want else you would like to see?

Paint matched!

Sold! Good build, good quality! I'll be looking for the ones compatible with the uppers, I agree - I'm not fussy on the paddle latches, either! :)

If i had a JK with the crappy full doors this would be the first thing id do.

It's not very clear if the pricing is for a pair or each?
When can we expect to see the JK front bumper on the site? I heard that the first production run has been produced with all spoken for!

:tea:

Just put a push to release latch so we can run an upper

How about some other products? Aluminum fenders/sliders/bumpers.

Pricing is a pair of doors.

Was at the fab shop today blessing the front JK bumper. They should be available in 2 weeks. They are very similar to the TJ bumpers

I love to but the latch pulls front to back.

Bumpers for sure.

Need a 3/8 6061 engine and trans skid. IIRC there is only a 1/4 aftermarket one currently available.

That's a big chunk of metal in 6061. Are you bashing the heck out of your skid?

I'm just looking at the 1/4" TNT and River Raider systems. There are guys on here that have managed to bend them fairly easily.

These are really nice. Couple of questions - what are my mirror options if I get these? I noticed it says on the site that you guys are working on solutions, but I was wondering if I order these now, what do I do for mirrors?
The other thing is - uppers, if I get this version of the doors and down the road you guys come with a version that has uppers, would I need to get new doors or would I be able to mod my old ones?
I am very close to pulling the trigger :)

+1, although mirror location brackets are cheap so thats no issue. if i knew that id be able to put uppers on these down the road theyd be mine

We use mirror relocator brakcets, TJ mirrors. There is also a kit made that uses bike mirrors.

We have these and they are $49 a kit.
