Right Windshield Wiper Doesn't Work

How do I go about attaching my right passenger wiper to the main wiper on the driver's side if it stops working all together? Is there a clamp that needs to be attached?

You would need to take the cowling off and see if the linkage arm is broken or come loose. I once found instructions in the CD maintenance manual.
