might be old news but i work for chrysler and was going over 08 marketing stratagies and an 08 wrangler will be available in the x trim for 08...thought it was interesting and figured i'd share with the community

oh and 4.11 gearing is now unavailable in everything except the rubicon model with a tow package. x and sahara tow packages now have 3.73 gearing so if you want the 4.11's get an 07 now while you still can

I happened to be looking at the terms of my DCX extended warranty yesterday, and noticed that it said the extended warranty is not available for vehicles right right-hand drive. Something to consider if you care.

yes sir. a right hand drive x wrangler is available for 08. i dunno if i just spilled the beans on this one. that'd be cool if i did. it mighta been hush hush. i just saw it in one of the books behind the dealer desk

This will be good for the rural mail carriers but there are many areas of the country which do not need that much off road capability to deliver the mail but need something more than 2 wheel drive. They ought to offer the Patriot in right hand drive for postal delivery.

yea that was really the only option i wanted in my jk. the tow package with 4.11 gearing in an x trim wrangler...but i ended up just keepin my yj
