Replacing Factory Tires: Opinion Advice Needed

Good morning,

I am due for new tires by the end of summer. My current tire size on my 2 Door Jeep Wrangler Sport is 255/75R17. A couple of questions:

1. What is the biggest tire I can put on factory 17's?
2. Do you have a recommendation? (Mine is stock, mostly highway driven... but I would like if possible agressive looking tires)

Thanks in advance for your help. Paul

Do you have a lift? Without lifting at all you will have some rubbing issues with bigger tires. Using the Teraflex budget boost you could fit 33's with factory fenders while also using wheel spacers. That being said I do not suggest using spacers

I read a GREAT comment here a few days ago, regarding tire recommendations...

Asking for a tire recommendation here is like asking someone to recommend a favorite color.

(I'd give credit to the original OP, but damned if I can remember who posted it first).
