Replacing 2008 jk infinity subwoofer with 2017 under cargo alpine sub

Hello jk'rs, I've got a buddy who wants to sell me the cargo space jk alpine sub, but I didn't know if the wiring harnesses would match up or if someone has already tried splicing it and done successfully

I don't know if they changed the wiring harness when the subs were relocated. But your 2008 should be as below (8W-47 Audio system - Amplifier). Check to see if the same color wires are used. Even if the harness plugs in I would still remove the sub from the enclosure to make sure the wiring colors are the same and they are feeding to the harness positions correctly.

I guess its a dual voice coil sub:

Sub 1 (+) = GY/BR
Sub 1 (-) = DG/BR

Sub 2 (+) = GY/WT
Sub 2 (-) = DG/WT
