If I do that how do I hook up the lights or can I?

Why would you want to replace a plastic bumper with another plastic bumper? Go and get yourself a real (metal) bumper...

Not everyone has fun funds.

Based on what he described, he is looking to get the factory fog lights. If he can source a bumper with the lights for free or cheap, it's a nice upgrade.

Exactly what I did. I'm doing the wiring for the fogs and putting a rubi bumper on my X tonight.

Bumper w/ tow hooks and fog cut outs (got it free) + fogs ($60 shipped) + relay/wiring etc ($25?) = damn good deal for a bumper upgrade.

IMO wranglers should come stock with at least 4 lights... It just seems weird having only two.

Well, if you've got $85 into it - I'm not sure I would call it a "damn good deal". You could buy a pair of generic fog lights for $20 complete (OPTRONICS® COMPETITION SERIES FOG LIGHTS - CarParts Quality Discount Parts and Accessories). About 25% of what you're into it for (:

I think you paid too much for your fog lights to put it into the "damn good deal" category. I've seen the factory fogs selling for $20-$30 (:

But if nothing else, it will LOOK a lot nicer than the bumper you are replacing (:

where the hell have you seen factory fogs for 20-30?? I did a good amount of searching on ebay and jk-forum and havn't seen any going for cheaper then I got them (i see most going for $70-$90 a pop).

And yea those generic fogs are fugly IMO

call me crazy but for now I just like the look of the OEM bumper with the hooks and fogs in it. That's my story and i'm sticking to it!

I got a pair on JF for $40 I think it was. I've seen some on Craigslist in the $20-$30 range.

Hey, don't get me wrong. I'd spend the $85 on your total solution too. I'm just saying - for those truly on a budget, there are cheaper options (:
