Removal of 2013 A/C vent bezels?

Hey everybody,

As the title suggests, I am wondering how you remove the silver A/C vent bezels on a 2013 JK dash. Thank you in advance.

Joe

the Bezel is actually part of the vent louvers, the whole piece rotates out if you put a screw driver in the clip that's at the top inside the vent and rotate.

Oh, really? Can you not separate the bezel from the louvers even after it is removed?

Also, while I am on the topic of interior trim removal. How do you remove the unused button location pieces next to the hazards/ESP button? Do they just pop out?

Yes the extra button spots just pop out.

If it's not supposed to move and does use duct tape.
If it's supposed to move and doesn't use WD40
