Random play on 6-disc head unit

OK guys, I read the manual and laid off the crack pipe for 24 hours, but I still can't find it. The manual says the "RND" button can be used to randomize the tracks when playing CD's. And yet the picture in the manual and on my head unit has no button labeled "RND".

Is there a random function on this thing?

Thanks in advance!

Layth

The only way to truly get "Random" is to build the MP3 DVD with a shuffled list to begin with. Nero, Roxio and WMP 11 makes it easy.

The "RND" button is just to the right of the slot where you insert the CD. Took me a while to find it as well after staring at the picture in the manual.

no there isn't. the RND button you see in the pic is the LOAD button you use to load CD/ DVD into your system. i use my Mp3 player now.

Are you talking about the 6-disc or the single disc?

Ahhh - I was hoping that DC had changed this on the recent models. Still can't believe that they don't offer a single disc random play option on the 6-disc changer!

Just picked this truck up a couple weeks ago. I agree they should either put the random feature in, or fix the manual! The manual clearly implies that the REQ head unit has the RND button.

The truck ROCKS, though. I'll deal with the missing RND button.

Thanks everyone!
