Which Rancho RS9000XLs?

I have a Teraflex 2.5" coil lift w/shock adapters that I'm about to slap on my 2012 Rubi Unlimited. It is still pretty-much stock and still has factory bumpers. I'm going to forgo using the adapters, opting instead for new shocks, and am leaning towards the Rancho RS9000XL series. However, which ones do I get? On some sites they are labeled for 0-2", 4" and 6" lifts... on other sites I see their eye-to-eye measurement'.

Any guidance provided will be greatly appreciated.

Rancho will recommend the RS999329 front and RS999330rear.

However, I ended up getting the RS999331 for the front and it seems to be about the same length as the teraflex shocks but this is the shock Rancho calls out for the 4" lift. I did stick with the Rs999330 for the rear though but probably should have run with the 999332. I moved from the teraflex 2.5 to Evo 3" plushride springs.
