Pretty common for those to go bad especially if used in harsh environments and in cold environments.

Well up here in SD it does get cold. Minus 2 right now.
BTW - I put on the Hood Lift struts at the same time and those have not lost pressure.
I called Rampage - they have not had any issues with them losing the pressure.
Even though it is out of warranty by 2 months, I think they are going to replace it. I sent them my invoice from 4 wheel parts.
I will update this if I get a replacement.
