I just installed one of these. Picked it up used off C-list. It seals tight. I installed mine on top of the OEM carpet in the back. The only bolted in parts are the side brackets to the body tub. The top lifts out easily with the rear door open and the vertical panel behind the seats simply screws to the brackets using thumb screws. So you can mostly take this out - less the side brackets - in 5 minutes.
