Question on a price

Just called a local shop to get a price on a 1.75 Daystar lift and the quoted me 395.00 all parts and labor. Is this a good price for someone thats not "savy"?

Also looking for anyone that has this set up with 33's on 17's mabye they could post a pic?

The lift itself is about $160. You are paying about $230 for installation. Not sure what a reasonable shop rate is in your area.

If you have no tools and no access to an area to install this lift, it might be a good price for you. If you can do it yourself, or hook up with some local jeepers to help you, then you can get it done a lot cheaper and just as well.

Probably not a horrible price if you have no other way. Maybe someone on here is from the area and could help you "do it yourself"?

New York is not too far from MD But the price in gas would be about as much as you would save on the lift.. I have a six bay shop that I do all my work in so I could definitely get that thing in.

Lol. Nah, prolly not... The shop i use you also have to pay 3$ an hour to use the lifts (really not bad at all) and I would have to do some finoodling to get you in there... Its only supposed to be for soldiers.
