I have a 2-1/2 inch lift, dropped from the 18in rims to 17in Fuel rims with 35in Nitto Trail Grappler tires. Added a K&N cold intake, getting ready to order front and rear bumpers and safari doors. Thanks it's a work in progress.

Thanks! I like the Fuel Rims because they already have the 2in spacers in them. Makes the tires stick out more and gives it a better look.

Personally I care more about a getting as close to perfectly balanced as possible than what it looks like. So I have mine roadForce balanced and tell them to put the weights where the weights are needed and not just limited to the back.

I only ask, because my wife and I have thought about trading her little commuter car [she doesn't have a long commute any more] and adding a 2nd JK to the garage. We have a 2008 JKU, and we'd probably add a 2-door JK if anything. Just curious, because we both really enjoy driving the Jeep way more than the little putt-putt mobile (as much as 35mpg is nice). At the same time, we question our sanity for wanting a pair of nearly the same vehicle.
I love it ,I do most of the work on the Jeep,so parts are the same, makes life easy.My son drives the Billitt one. And I drive old True Blue. I've driven 1,500
mile trips with out any problems.

I mounted/balanced them myself...i did roadforce them and they called for the weights on the outside. I prefer a better balance over looks as well especially with 35" tires lol

Mine rub with a 3" suspension lift, not much, only in reverse it its the front plastic piece under the bumper.

What beach are you on? I heard you had to buy a permit now to ride the OBX beaches. I want to take a trip down there real soon.

It's Freeman Park at Carolina Beach. It's only $100 bucks for a year pass or $25 per day.
