Popping in stearing wheel?

Anyone else have a popping in the stearing wheel, I can also feel it in the gas pedal. Anytime I slightly turn the wheel I can feel a light popping feel. My husband thinks I'm nuts and doesn't notice it himself, but its my daily driver and can definately feel it. I've got new tires, stearing stablizer, and OME lift. He's looked at it a little and cant find anything, says we'll just have to wait till it gets worse. Any ideas?

I have it too...dealer can fix it but will more than likely come back. I haven't bothered to take mine in for it yet..I'm sure they'll give me a hard time for the lift etc

Mine is a 4dr and yes; I had the “steering wheel knock” pretty bad. Just got it fixed by the dealer a couple of weeks ago. No charge.

When they fixed it, was it indicated what it was?

It was the intermediate (not sure of the spelling) shaft. They also replaced the part that it attaches to.

24k on my 2dr in 11 months, still drives like new. Only wheeled a few times, mostly forest roads and 2 lane roads. Lots of snow driving (and road salt)

No steering issues...

Did they have any problem replacing it with your lift?

I guess this one is for me. The lift issue never came up because this problem started way before my lift. It did take three tries before they acknowledged that there was a problem though. I knew the game they were playing with me so I wasn’t about to give up. It was very frustrating to say the least. Anyhow, in the end they replaced both parts not just the shaft so I was very pleased with that.
