Plug for door after removing mirror

Does anyone know if there is a plug available so I can totally remove the mirror bracket from the hard doors when I mount the mirrors on the winshield bracket? I think it would look "very uncool" to have the nub from the mirror bracket on the door after I move the mirrors.

Thanks
