Please help me diagnose this bizarre sound

Hi everyone,

I recently have started hearing this bizarre sound on my 07' Jeep Wrangler 4 door. The noise occurs every time I get off of a highway going 65+ and only happens for about 45 seconds. The noise occurs when I am coasting after breaking getting off the highway. After coming to a full stop and then accelerating the noise is gone. Back story.. about 4 months ago I had the rear brakes completely replaced.. brake pad and rotor. Additionally had the oil changed and a checkup about a week ago where the tires and brakes were checked and everything looked fine.

(Noise occurs after the blinker at 4 second mark.)

hows the wear on the tires? are they cupping or anything sounds like a hover

it could also be ur front wheel bearings... lift the jeep from the front and wiggle the tire from 12 to 6 o'clock if there is play then u need new wheel bearings
