yes the owner of the horse is stated to be responsible entirely. so far what i've heard from what they can see they are rebuilding it and we're at 14k in damages, the insurance man told me they don't consider it a total loss until it nears 80% of the original cost, so my guess is if the frames bent under neath ill probably have to purchase some other things.

final decision, if the jeep is totaled, lj or scrambler build. scrambler probably won't be offroaded as heavily as itll be built for just due to it being a semi resto

Damn dude, I don't post much but was following both builds... sucks to see it that way... especially knowing the reason behind you building it.

Hopefully you can swap out any after market parts you put on and sell/reinstall

looks like we both have bad luckthats sad after what happened with your last jk. hopefully everything works out for you and you just have another excuse for a 3rd build!
