Passenger side lights keep blowing fuse

A couple of weeks ago, maybe more...I had the front passenger side parking light/turn signal go out. The filament was broken, so I bought a new bulb, installed and it worked. About 5 days later, it's out again, so i check the bulb, bulb is fine...fuse is blown. I replace the fuse, and everything is fine again.
Fast forward to today and co-worker tells me my passenger side tail light is out. Same fuse as the front parking light. I put a new fuse in, bam! fuse automatically blows. i take out the tail light bulbs and front parking light/turn signal bulb, replace fuse and bam! automatically blows again.
I'm pretty mechanical, so does anyone have any ideas that can steer me in the right direction to getting this fixed soon?
From what I see, the fuse only controls the front parking light/turn signal and the tail light.

Thanks guys.

From my experience blowing a fuse as soon as it is replaced means a short circuit. The problem is where??
