Be very careful with the wife mod. Uninstallation can be extremely expensive. Wife mods have been known to take the Jeep and all other mods during the uninstall process. Also, make sure you service your wife mod properly as often as humanly possible. Wife mods not properly serviced may malfunction or uninstall themselves at any time.
Yeah, I had about $20k invested in my CJ7, had all the receipts, was in perfect shape....thought I'd get $10k, finally was able to get $6k....you'll never get what it's worth, or what you think it's worth....Very disheartening
finally got the non rubi sway bar and quick discos installed....handles a lot better on the road, now
Was waiting for Mopar to get them in (I refer to a local dealer as Mopar, sorry ). Need to get up on the RTI ramp and check whether it will be in the way when disconnected. I have a feeling it may be, but that only a few 16mm bolts to drop the entire sway bar before trips. No big deal
Also replaced the brake booster today. It has had a vacuum leak since the motor swap. I think it was my doing, stepping on the brake pedal while the master cylinder was unbolted. Oops. Heads up, the brake booster design is ****ing terrible, and removing and reinstalling turned into a several hour long process with much profanity and many things thrown
