This...

I would suggest Spyder, but seeing as how he already has a little one...I would look elsewhere.

I already got a sugar momma...I just need to straighten my **** out and make some sugar of my own.

On the plus side, I learned that my credit is kickass, today. Missed a card payment once at age 18 and it haunted me for a long time.

Childcare is wicked expensive. Two years ago I was paying $2350 for my two sons. It's finally under 2Gs per month.

Childcare I hear is wicked expensive. I thank God that my wife is a stay at home mom(no childcare) and I can afford to pay all the bills. We are putting our son in 2yr old christian pre-school. Only $180 a month. Your mortage is insane!!! I only pay $485/month and that includes property taxes and homeowners insurance. 1700 sq. foot house. Good luck to ya though. Whats a lifestyle? I wear the same 4 shirts to work every week and the same 4 pants. Sandwiches all the time. No jeep parts(40 mph max due to DW). Etc Etc. Im saving copper and aluminum cans as well for scrap.

Yeah we will be moving to a Christian preschool down the street from us when she is old enough for that exact reason.

We live in a 1160 sq ft stand alone condo and pay huge property taxes for the small suburb we live in. Less money/more school type of deal...really not necessary currently, but its worth it for the proximity to family, and the value of the home. Three of our condos are rented for $1500/month to single mom types that want their kids in good schools. Pays for mortgage, condo fees, plus several hundred dollars income.

We will likely hold onto the place and rent it out when we buy a home next year

As far as grandparents go, they live two blocks away but both work full time. They'll be a big help, but not during they day
