The "lol" at the end makes me think you might have been facetious in your first sentence

Hey Mike do you have the front tow hooks from your stock front bumper, if so, I would love to have them. Let me know.

Have a good one.

Tera Flex 2.5" with shocks, Rough Country 1.25" Body lift, 4dr Rubi Unlimited Springs (19's and 60's, gave me 1" in the front and 1.3" in the rear!, get some Rubi springs!!), "Stealth Grill", JKS adj front and rear track bars, 37" KM2's, etc

I finally took the time to drop the front left LCA and thread it out about 1/2" more...it's at 23.5" now. It's no longer pulling to the left as severely as it was, but there's still a little pull there.

I also did a quick check on my toe-in...the front of the tires are reading about 3/16 closer than the rears, so it should be right about inline, but what is killing me is that it looks as if they're toed out to the eye. I don't know if it's a matter of the lines of the grille/fender/flares playing tricks on my eyes, or if I'm just crazy...but it really does look wacky to the eyes

Mike, just realizing you said you'd post pics of your control arms and never did. I THOUGHT this was a build thread?

Having never driven a lifted truck before, I am determined now to stiffen up my steering a little bit. Once my funds recoup (sigh) I think I will upgrade trackbars, and control arms. In the meantime, I see the Teraflex Steering Stabilizer is only like 60 bucks, is it worth the upgrade in the interim?

When did I say I would post pics of the control arms??? Proof or it didn't happen!

For the minimal cost, the steering stabilizer will help tide you over. Does a nice job of smoothing things out, somewhat, though I would never recommend it as a remedy to any real issue. Make sure you have no death wobble, no serious steering or suspension issues before installing, as it can mask early symptoms of greater problems.

Getting your caster dialed in (adj front LCAs) will certainly help with steering wheel wander and bump steer, but I think that a high steer kit will get you the most bang for your buck. Check out the synergy kit at polyperformance.com or the ultimate steering package at rockkrawler.com. I really need to get on this myself. Both of them will relocate the steering stabilizer as well, which is much like the tie rod and its injury-prone location.

Hang on, I'll go take pics of the damned front LCAs.

Best shots I could get at the time, given my current attire (I'm at work). I should have it taken apart sometime soon, when I have access to our allignment rack, to try and fine tune the caster and also to get the Metalcloak aluminum inner fenders installed (they'll be here tomorrow )

Thank you on both accounts!

Yeah, this is something I will have to tackle when the funds are back to normal! I've been working four days a week the last month and a half, things are that slow. Having said that, I actually got to install my own lift - so I guess I "saved" in the long run.

I'll start with the beefier stabilizer and maybe try airing down my tires some (I've been reading the last hour plus).

Got a link to the kit? I couldn't find it last night.

You've only been waiting for the Metalcloak for a month!

So you sold me on the Teraflex SS - ordered that. I'm gonna have the alignment shop check my alignment and caster - just want to get the steering a touch stiffer.

I love how Quadtratec gets me stuff next day for standard shipping.

You've got me itching to lift the Rubi and upgrade the stereo. Winch is on the Fedex truck for delivery and I am waiting to buy an ARB compressor from a local 4x4 shop. I even have my wife sold on the idea of getting the RIPP supercharger, if I save up. I've got the bug, bad.

Ha ha this ****s like crack! I'm telling you.

This is what brown did for me today

The wife did some serious damage between Nordstrom, madewell, and anthropologie today, so when we swung by the office to pick the package up, she couldn't say anything! Ha ha
