I'm really trying to get it worked out for a trip East....so far, my wife and I have agreed on a Sunday/Monday trip, make the drive(slowly) on a Sunday, within the next two weeks, get a room or stay at my sisters and drive back on Monday.
How much advance notice will you need? I may need a hotel recommendation too...
If I were to travel I-80, it takes a solid 4-4.5 hrs, running across Rt.6 will take a little longer, but we'll leave before daylight.
Our biggest issue is conflicting work schedules.....I'll keep you posted!

New Rubi looks great, not sure you understand "mild" though...lol

I can't guarantee anything, but unless there's another 9/11, I should be able to ask for a day or 2. I just need to give 5 days notice.

Do you need to take time off for a Sunday? (I work some Sundays, it's why I asked) We should be able to be over that way by lunch time on Sunday, hopefully the 14th.......
BTW...we have family on LI.....

Hell, why not...like Vin says, you're an expert now..lol

I still remember your crappy pics when you installed your first AEV snorkel... That was three years ago, you've installed a ton of "stuff" since then...soooo, referring to my earlier posts...
1. Do your own calendar of your Jeeps.....
2. If you sell this one and start another, you're building expedition Jeeps, whether you admit it or not, might as well start a shop.....
3. Addict...
4. Just raggin' ya Bro.........

Anyhow....if all goes according to plan, we hope to journey over on the 14th, hopefully arriving before 2pm. We're pretty laid back, country folk....shooting the breeze in the garage, driveway or sittin' on the deck with a beer is the norm for us.. What do you think about catching dinner later??? (Vin too of course)
