Just a bit of an update! No time to work on her but the River Raider snorkel came in and the Rubi higher rate springs are on there way. Also ordered a set of cj style mirrors for her to get a little more view on the doorless mirrors!!

What springs are you getting? I have 18/59s just sitting in a box.

Ok finally got the springs on today as well as the rampage hood locks. Lfted the front up as usual, roughly 1 and 3/4". Few pics on the install starting with a pic of the locks. And a before/ after pic.

Quit the day job, and build expedition Jeeps.....kidding!

Oh man, I almost started sweating looking at the size of the hole that you cut in the cowl. Not because you cut there but because of the fact that sometimes the larger hole saws will grab on the thin sheet metal and “jump” out and screw up the surrounding area. Been there done that.

Anyhow obviously it didn’t happen to you and those holes came out fantastic, excellent job.

Thanks!!!! Definitely no expert. Just good at hole sawing ! Always pilot hole and start cutting the hole in reverse. Anyway got a little farther tonight and relocated the battery. It should all go back together tomorrow!

Just a note: I'll be using my AEV pre cleaner, not the one in the dry fit pic.
