The second step on this budget type build is the front bumper/ winch combo. I looked into the Rough Country and liked doc holidays front end so I thought I'd try there JK Hybrid stubby with fog light mounts along with their 9500lb winch and front d ring assembly. They noted that the brake pump relocation bracket will be needed for the install! Heres a few pics! Note that i did the color match match with a glossy black but decided to repaint with a flat textured black!!. Good easy install. Nice fit and finish.

Can I get a shot from the underside looking up and a low shot facing back? I'm wondering about the E-dico.

Vin, you probably have already found the answer but just in case Iíll still answer your question even though Iím 8 days late.
Yes if you are careful enough although there will always be some weld material that will need to be ground flat. Do you have access to a die grinder with a cut-off wheel; it would be so much easier and faster than a dremel?

Actually I went back to work from vacation, so I just left it as is. Yes I have a regular air driven cut off wheel tool, but I figured I could make cleaner cuts with a dremel. I was just trying to figure out if they cut a hole first, added the bar and welded. Thanks for the help!

Happy 4th of July Bro, I've been thinking that if you keep building and selling your JK's, pretty soon you will have enough JK builds to make your own calendar...lol

That would be a darn cool calendar too........

I really like the new bumper too....

Thanks! decisions decisons. I'm trying to decide between the Rugged Ridge Alluminum bumper or this one. I just need a nice looking rear bumper (preferably matching) to go with it.

I probably should. I've done nothing but worked so far this summer. And the wife's going away for the day to a wedding shower!! Seems like a good idea. I've been to York but never to the show.
