oil filter

where is the oil filter located on the 12'wrangler 3.6? doing my first oil change thx.

it is a cartridge filter and not the spin on type.

The 3.6 surprises me everyday. When is the next person gonna post about thier 3.6 throwing a rod or ring with less than 30k miles........wait for it . Im starting to lose faith.
