I love it. It's impressive that it looks as good as it does for the end user as it does on Tim's website.

I put together an installation video.

Thanks for the video - it provides a lot of info about the top that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Question: I can see myself going back and forth from a soft top to a hard top a few times/year for winter or situations where I want a little more security. Once this top is installed the first time, what's your estimate of how long it will take to remove enough of the hardware to reinstall a hardtop? From the video it looks to me like all of the hardware might have to come back off for a hardtop mount?

It's one of those things that should be pretty quick once you do it. I think you'll be fine. Maybe 15 minutes?

Yay! He just put a new one up on the site, instead of the "Whisper" it's now the "Ultimate Fastback" but I'm sure it's still similar. Ordering one next week, despite the fact that Tim was a little snippy to me when I mentioned the "dreaded Trektop".

Mine has been about 2 hours away from my house since the 27th...still no luck on the tracer. I'm starting to get really angry.

So, what does UPS do if they lose an item? Especially an item that is not readily replaceable? If it comes down to it you could ask time how much it would cost to move you to the front of the line and ask for that refund. Of course, as far as UPS is concerned Tim is still the owner of the package and they are probably only insuring it for the value he placed on it.

...what has Tim said?

Unfortunately, if it doesn't come (which it will), Tim will have to back the loss.
