If you keep the stock wheels you should get spacers just to bring them out where they should be (imo)!
You need spacers for 12" wide tires to prevent rubbing the suspension.

suppose i would get 33's in one size narrower than 12.5" then.. if they come like that..

It may or may-not require adjustment to the steering stops.
You can get 33x10.5 and would probably be fine!
