New Soft (Dual) Top

Holy smokes! Is it always that hard to put the soft top up? Just did it for the first time ever... Took forever. It's freakishly tight. Is this normal? Does it stretch?

You did it wrong. In what order did you put the top up? When I first got my jeep i had a hell of a time getting the top up till i learned how to do it.

I did the same with mine. If you hook up the front latches FIRST, then the rear corners, after that windows and finally tighten the clamps up front it'll work.

It'll loosen up considerably over time.
