So does anyone have anything to say about the AEV kit? I was looking at the 2.5 lift from Teraflex last night. But haven't really heard if the are good or not. Any advice ?

There good, but it's limited in capability and growth - just like all other kits to a degree. What are you trying to do?

I'm just trying to make it a dd and reliable trail rig. Like I said earlier I went with the sky jacket in my previous jku. Had both but problems with it. Trying not to repeat that

Yes the previous owner had the rock rails removed and the stupid steps added with mud flaps when he bought it. He purchased it new in jan 2012 and is 60 years old. He just traded in at the same dealership he purchased it at for a charger. This is the same dealership I purchased it at. They showed me the original purchase slips from 2012 from the original owner. made me feel better about the purchase. Knowing it wasn't abused

Does anyone know once I complete the lift can I run a 12.5" wide tire on the stock rims or will I need spacers to prevent rubbing?

I love buying slightly used stuff from 60 year old dudes. Congrats, you did well. I always did like that shade of red.

We'll I think I am going with the Metal Cloak game changer lite. 2.5" lift. Here is the link to it. If anyone has input on Metal Cloak or has one of there lifts advice would be awesome. http://www.metalcloak.com/JK-Wrangle...tem-p/7118.htm

Its a good kit and people are jumping on that band wagon a ton lately. Personally im not a fan, but that doesn't mean it not a top tier kit. That kit wont let you expectations down.
