New Jeep Islander JK!

Haven't been on the forums for a while since my grand cherokee I built up with 4.5" of lift and 32" tires.

Introducing the New jeep JK!

I plan on a 2.5" lift and 35" tires. I am new to the JK world and any advice would be awesome! This is my daily driver so I don't plan on going too crazy. It is a 2010 JK Islander I am only the second owner and it had about 17,000 miles on it. everything is in amazing shape. more pictures and a build thread to come

I have no experience with the AEV 2.5 but I do with their 3.5 which I had on my í08 and now 2012 JKUR. AEV makes terrific stuff and IMO you canít go wrong with their equipment. They are on the high dollar side though and by no means the only player on the block.

well I don't really mind paying a little extra for a product that is going to do a better job and last longer. I have heard many good things about AEV

One more from the grand side I see

I have the 2.5 DS XT from them and I wouldnt get anything else. Rides great on the road, and 2.5" is a good amount for fitting 35's.

One more for the poison spyder bumper, also take a look into JCR. They have some great products, their sliders are my favorite.

Welcome to JK!

Mud terrains or all terrains? Im kind of thinking my next set will be falkens in a 37, I kind of like the all terrain aspect of them. I have the kevlars and they are alright on the road, they dont balance very well it seems. When I had them on my WJ they wobbled and on my JK they still wobble (different set too). I had the KM2's in a 35 and they road pretty good and were quiet.

Lots of rims to choose from too, depends on what you want.
