New headlight issue/JW Speaker

I purchased some JW Speaker 8700 Evolution J headlights and got them installed today with no issue. Headlights come on and look great. When I hit the high beams the left headlight high beam comes on and the right headlight goes out completely. Didn't find anything after doing some searches so I thought I would throw it out here and see if anyone has run into something like this. One of the reasons I went with this brand was the supposed plug and play... no wire harnesses. I did call Northridge back and they suggested I put some dielectric grease on the connection, which I might give a try later.

I appreciate any input.

Another thing to check is if all the wires are pushed into the factory end connection where they enter the plug at the rear, sometimes they can pull out just a hair and loose connection inside the pug

Thanks Digger... I decided to go ahead and try to reset the connectors and I guess the second time is the charm... Works great.

Appreciate the feedback and glad it was an easy fix.
