Yea with my wife taking jeep that's what I had to do she is starting to drive her 2014 Cherokee a little more now. But still wants the jeep as hers to make it all dolled up. She says that I already have a YJ so she is taking JK for hers. But overall we all enjoy the trails an that's what matters most.

I took the top off today, looks awesome. Feels great too, riding around with everything open. Only thing is I got sun-burnt real bad, I look like a lobster right now. I think the top and doors are going back on tomorrow.

I just put a spiderweb shade on mine this week to block the Texas sun. Best and easiest upgrade I have made so far.

Been a while! After much nothing doing, I finally lifted my Jeep with the SkyJacker 2.5" coils. I gained closer to 3" of height on my 2 door JK with these. New shoes are Cragar soft 8 15x10s with 4" backspacing, and 35x12.5r15 BF Goodrich Mud Terrains. Also bobbed my front bumper. The 3.21 gears are fine with the 35s, I was worried for nothing. It is still plenty peppy on the highway with the 285hp Pentastar motor, especially on a 2 dr. I had to clearance the front calipers a tiny bit to fit the 15x10" wheels, nothing major, mostly just the flashing from the rough casting. Drove through alot of deep soft sand this weekend, it was a beast! went up dunes and all, never needed 4-Low.

Bumpers and a nice L.E.D. lightbar are on the top of my list.. I'm sure something else will come to me.

Yeah I am trying to find a good deal on a 50" light bar. But they are so expensive

looks good man.

If you have an auto I would suggest using 4-low in the sand though.

A few people have damaged their autos by working them too hard in the soft sand.
