Need Help with a JK Unlimited Build

I just wrote a ultra detailed description of exactly what I am looking for, but it took me so long that it logged me out before I could submit so I lost the work. Ouch.
Anyways, this is probably better because now you will read the Readers Digest condensed version.

I am building a Showcase Rubicon to keep here at the dealership and show to Wrangler buyers so they can see (and hopefully purchase) some cool options. I am looking for suggestions on great quality products that will be a good value for my customers. Nothing TOO expensive. They have to look good, hold up well, and, in most cases, not affect the warranty (although I am going to lift it to show what it looks like.)

The rig is a 2008 Unlimited Rubicon 6 speed in Rescue Green with half doors. I want to do everything from a lift, wheels and tires to bumpers and a winch, to a fridge, roof rack, and soft products and am looking for products from great companies. I also want to have all the parts here within 4-5 weeks so they're here when the rig shows up.

What I am really looking for is that one product that you REALLY believe in that you think every new Wrangler buyer should at least see to think about buying. Anything. Electronics, armor...anything.

Thanks in advance and I'll post detailed pics of everything when the rig is completely done.

ps. I am going to buy this rig when it's all done for myself and I really like the look of a lot of black on the Rescue Green. I also want it to be a capable rig because it's going to be used for what it's intended after 6 months or so of being on the lot.

my all time favorite add on: Shrockworks mid-width front bumper

And I'm apparently not the only one that likes it because I get compliments all the time from both other Jeep owners, and non-Jeep owners. I heard comments from "that thing looks tough" to "that is one sexy bumper"

A dealer not supporting MOPAR???? So what is wrong with all the MOPAR products available???? Soon the lift will be a rebadged Rubicon Express. I would start there.

Mopar actually does make or rebadge some good products. I would add Mopar off-road bumpers front and rear (aftermarket bumpers are a must if you want to add a winch). And I would go with Rubicon Express long arm lift, which is apparently soon to be available as a Mopar lift. I would then go with 37s and some upgraded black alloy wheels (you could go with black steelies, to keep the costs down, but steelies and 37s are a lot of weight). You probably want to upgrade the driveshafts and gears with the lift and tires. For the interior you could ditch the carpet and go with a Rhino lining. For some extras you could add in a fridge (I've seen one or two do this on the forum) and maybe a backup camera (so you can see around that big 37" spare). Definitely post up some pics whatever you decide to do!

List price on the lift is over $5000 plus install. 95% of our buyers would never invest that in a lift. That's why I am looking for a decent priced alternative. I will do that lift on a rig soon, but not one that I plan on doing a bunch of other adds to. I don't want it to be a $50k+ Rubicon if I can help it.
The Mopar products are terrific and I am considering several of them. I am just not going to limit myself to them on this particular rig. I have several Wranglers on the lot with Jeep bumpers, steps, and other accessories. This rig is going to be an example of a few alternatives.

Guess you missed the part where the OP stated "Nothing TOO expensive."

See my signature. None of my modifications were outrageously expensive and the Jeep is very streetable still. It actually rides smoother and more controlled than it did when it was bone stock. Let me know if you want more specific information.

I do, but cost is only about a grand less. Still quite a bit.

Rugged Ridge is nice but, not available in the time frame. Neither is the Shrockworks (my preference). Availability in 4-5 weeks will cut down alot of options. Seems everyone who owns a JK is ordering parts.... I would not go over 35's if you want customers to be able to get in it. Some steps would be recommended (although I disdain them, cuts down on clearance). Gears would not be necessary with the 35's. Under carriage armor a plus. Winch, of course.
etc. etc.

POST PICS!

Thanks Cowboy.
The 4-5 weeks is not a necessity. I'll wait for the right parts.

This'll be fun to watch! Rescue green and black will be cool. I'd suggest having a look at some of the JK builds that the big catalogues have done too. They aren't perfect, but you can get bits and pieces of ideas from each of them.

My Rock Hard sport cage was delivered yesterday, and while it's bare steel right now (powder coater tomorrow)-- the thing is absolutely killer. It's function for sure, but the added ruggedness it gives to the appearance is way cool. Seeing one of these cages in a modded JK on the showroom floor would be sweet.
