I haven't received 2.043 from Harmon yet so I downloaded 2.042 from the link posted here. The zip file on MOFV.com is corrupted. I will up load the good 2.042 to my file sharing site tonight and post a link to it here shortly there after.
One cool new feature is a full screen nav. No icons except a icon in the lower right hand corner that will turn on all the icons with one touch. Tapping it again will go back to full screen. Haven't had much time to play with it but I did find that.

My 2010 Rubicon is due here in a few weeks and it has the MyGig (although it's not called MyGig anymore) in it too, I wonder if the 2010 have anything different in them?

Hey how do you know its corrupt? I was thinking the same thing, I tried to update with it last night and kept getting error 2403, I tried multiple disks. I ended up going back to 1.22, but now my uconnect is screwed up.
Hopefully the one you post will take care of my problems. I guess I shouldnt have started messing with a jeep that is only a week old to me.

While I was unzipping the file, WinZip reported errors on a couple of "wav" files with in the Zip. I gave up. The file I have now does work as intended. When I get back to the coach later I'll upload and provide a link to download.

Here's an other link to download a clean ver 2.042
Save to your computer.
Make a folder named RER_2.042
Unzip the file to the folder.
Burn the extracted files to a cd named RER_2.042
You should have two files and one folder in the root of the CD. If you need more info go to the http://mofv.com/MyGIG/ web site for instructions.
The link
http://dc87.4shared.com/download/123...b/RER_2042.zip

Is RERv2.42 the next upgrade from RERv1.2?

Seems like a large jump in versioning unless Jeep is maintaiing its own version scheme.

I just updated my mygig to 2.042 from the link a couple of posts above mine and it worked perfectly. I downloaded it, burned it, and it loaded with no problems or hangups at all.

Yes it is.
Jeep doesn't have a thing to do with numbering the updates. It's all done at Harman Becker.
